Lorna came to America from Jamaica with almost nothing but a dream and a willingness to outwork anyone in the room. She believed that if you showed up, treated people right, and did honest work, you could build something real for the people who came after you. She was right. Everything our family has — and everything Renew stands for — grew from the foundation she laid.
We named this company Renew because that's our promise: to carry her dream forward. To renew the homes and businesses we serve, and to renew the legacy she gave us, one honest job at a time.
A family you can actually talk to.
When you call Renew, you're not getting a call center, a franchise, or someone reading from a script. You're talking to family. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the job is handled with real attention, clear communication, and care for your space. That's important to us, because our name is on every job — and so is hers.
How we were raised to work.
Lorna didn't believe in cutting corners, and neither do we. Every job, big or small, gets the same care:
- We show up when we say we will.
- We treat your home or business like it's our own.
- We leave every space cleaner than we found it.
- We donate and recycle whatever we can before throwing things away.
That last part matters to us. On every cleanout and every job, we sort what can be donated or recycled before anything heads to a landfill — and we're glad to hand you a donation receipt when it helps.
Rooted in our communities.
We're proud to serve the neighborhoods we call home. Our property and hauling crews work across New York, Long Island, and New Jersey, and our cleaning team brings that same family standard to homes and businesses across Florida. Wherever we work, we want people to feel taken care of.
The Renew Promise.
We'll show up, work hard, do it right, and care for your home or business like it matters — because it does. That's the dream Lorna brought across an ocean, and it's the standard we try to live up to every day.
